By downloading or using Softbox (the "app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The service

Softbox lets you generate AI portrait photos from images you provide, organise them into photo packs, and optionally share them to other platforms such as TikTok.

Your content and rights

• You must own or have the right to use any photo you upload.
• You retain rights to your generated images, subject to these terms and the providers we rely on.
• You are responsible for how you use and share the generated images.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app to create or share content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or that impersonates another person without consent, or that violates the rules of any platform you share to (including TikTok's Community Guidelines).

Purchases, tokens and subscriptions

Some features require tokens or a subscription, purchased through the app store. Billing, renewals and refunds are handled according to the app store's policies.

Sharing to third-party platforms

When you share content to TikTok or other platforms, you do so through that platform and under its terms. We are not responsible for content once it is posted on a third-party platform.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated results may vary and are not guaranteed to be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
